📦 Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure timely delivery.

If your order is eligible for cancellation under our Terms & Conditions, you may request cancellation up to 1 hour before the scheduled shipping time.

Cancellation requests can be made through:

Once approved, the paid amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

As all products undergo quality checks before dispatch, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been placed.

  • The product received is defective.
  • An incorrect item has been delivered.

Such issues must be reported within 4–5 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Our team may request additional details for verification. In some cases, the product may need to be returned for inspection before an exchange or refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
