Cancellation Policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If your product is eligible for cancellation under our Terms & Conditions, you may request order cancellation up to 1 hour before the scheduled shipping time.

Cancellation requests can be made through call, WhatsApp, or email support. Once your cancellation request is approved, the amount paid by you will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

Return & Refund Policy

As all products go through strict quality checks before dispatch, we generally do not allow returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 4–5 hours of delivery along with clear images of the delivered product.

Our support team may contact you for additional information if required. The damaged product may need to be returned to our address for verification before any exchange or refund is processed, subject to management approval.

Once Mystic Wrap approves the refund request, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days depending on standard banking timelines.

If you do not receive the refund within the mentioned timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or reaching out to our support team for assistance.
