yes, mystic wraps select products and locations, subject to availability, offers same-day gift delivery. Contact our support team for confirmation before placing the order for urgent delivery.

Do you provide midnight delivery services?

We do not currently have midnight delivery for gifts. We are working round the clock to improve the gifting and delivery experience of our valued customers all over India.

Can I customize the gifts I order?

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

Order amendments can only be made for colour changes. No product additions or removals or substitutions of items are allowed after confirmation of order.

How do I cancel my order?

Note:

  • Cancellation requests are affected by the order processing status.
  • Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation.

Can I select a delivery time?

Currently we do not offer fixed-time delivery slots. Usually orders placed after 7 PM are processed for dispatch within the next 4-5 working days depending on the product and location.

What is the cost of delivery?

Mystic Wrap provides FREE Delivery throughout India on all prepaid/online payment orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to shipping fees that depend on the location of delivery and product category. COD charges are clearly shown at checkout prior to you confirming the payment if applicable.
