  • Can I personalize the gifts I order?

Absolutely! Personalization is one of our specialties. Many of our products can be customized with names, dates, photos, initials, or heartfelt messages. Look for the personalization option on the respective product page to add your custom details before checkout.

  • What payment options do you offer?

  • Do you offer same-day orders?

You can modify your order only for colour changes. Product list changes such as replacing or adding items are not permitted after order confirmation.

  • Can I choose the delivery time?

Choosing a specific delivery time is currently not available. Orders placed after 7 PM are usually processed for delivery in the next 4–5 days.

  • Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’ ?

You cannot place an order directly, but if you need the item urgently, you may contact us with an enquiry. We will do our best to make the product available.

  • What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. Other cities may have minimal shipping fees depending on the state and product weight.

  • Can I collect the gifts myself?
